DOS without denial!

Let's face it. Epic Games is known now for Gears of War series and Unreal Tournament (and the fucking engine behind it that gave birth to other great games), but it's a total blast when people call back to their roots, the true brain childs that led them to where they are now.
I remember when I first got Xargon and pushed my PC to the limit in all it's 16MB of memory power. ElectroMan was a let down to me, but they made up for it with games like Jazz Jackrabbit (they DID apparently try to make a 3D sequel, and I don't mean like a remix their mini-game deal in the older ones...), Jill of the Jungle (never did play the last one...), blew everything out of the air (and ground) in Zone 66.
One Must Fall: 2097 was their love child, and the game spoke for itself. They praised how they were able to take primitive 3D and make it look something that a PS1 could be jealous of. It had everything that a current game has now: Character Customization, Visual Changes, Plenty of Action, and a sound track that was ahead of its time. It was so good they tried to make a sequel, that we all have learned to know as Battlegrounds. It got mixed reviews, but ultimately it was nice to see that Epic Games praised it enough to try and bring it back into the current market, even keeping their iconic Jaguar and many moves related to it. They even offered you to keep the original paint job from 2097! How many games let you do that now-a-days without some promotional code?!
This song compliments the epicness that was, and still is, One Must Fall: 2097. If the developers were looking to do a PURE remix of their classic (no 3D battling, just a pure revival in regular game play like it was in 2097), this one should be placed on the top of the 'Check this shit out' list. The vocals pay tribute to the beginnings of having voice in video gaming without sounding like it was from an Atari. The leads show the power that the game gave you when you type in OMF.exe into that command prompt. The lights flash with lightning, then send you into the crowd of on lookers looking at the super sized Jaguar standing with spotlights glaring. Many people thought that the Jaguar was a joke since you started with it, but after you give him the parts he needs, you have a deadly machine that opponents will fear when you are on the ground and air.
The transition into the Power Plant theme gives us the feel many of us had when playing the Shareware version of the game. We learned every secret there was in that stage because of it, and the leads used at the title that became lower and more menacing here gave you the adrenaline rush that Epic Games tried to do again synthetically in BattleGrounds to try and make up for the slowness. That is where 2097 was victorious in. It was already fast and intense, and the music screamed at you "YOU HAD BETTER DO THAT JAGUAR LEAP RIGHT FOOL!"
Seeing the remix of it here makes you do D-DB-DP faster than the canon will fire in reality, and returns any veteran fighter back into the seat of their chairs so long ago with the very same adrenalin rush they endured back then. This is more than OCR ready, this belongs with Epic Games to inspire them to make 2097 the same way it was back in the 90s: A True Arcade-Styled Action Fighting Game!

Thanks ^^

Great job!

Very nice, as with the other post the beginning was a bit off but not completely to the point to where it threw off the whole song. Keep it up!
